곡물 가공분야에서 3D작업으로 분류된 증숙(증자)작업에서 균일하고 침투성 높은 작업을 실현하게 설계된 증숙 장치입니다. 작업자의 노동력을 절감해주고 작업장의 분위기를 쾌적하고 청결하게 유지하며 일관되게 제품의 품질을 유지합니다. 회전증숙 및 가압 증숙의 결과로 균일한 침투력과 피로상태에 이르지 않는 고품질의 작업을 행합니다.
원료를 투입 후 증숙 공정은 내부의 컴퓨터 프로그램에 의하여 작업자의 설정치를 참조하여 자동으로 이루어지게 됩니다.
증숙이 완료된 재료는 콘베이어(옵션)등으로 자동으로 배출되게 됩니다.
HKS-300으로 작업한 곡물은 축소되거나 변형되지 않고 원곡형태를 유지하며 증숙 후에 건조공정을 통과한 곡물은 표면 윤기를 보유하고 원곡형태를 유지하게 되며 곡물의 당도,향이 손실되지 않은 결과물을 얻게 됩니다.
In steaming process classified as 3D (dirty,dangerous and difficult) work in grain processing,HKS-300 is a steaming device that performs uniform and high permeability work. It reduces the labor of the workers,keeps the atmosphere of workplace clean and pleasant,and keeps the quality of product consistently. It allows high quality work with even penetration and without fatigue,owing to rotation steaming and pressure steaming.
After the material input,the steaming process is automatically made by internal computer program referring the setting of the operator.
The finished products are automatically discharged through conveyer (option).
The grain steamed by HKS-300 keeps the original grain shape without shrinking or deforming,and dried grain after steaming keeps gloss in the surface and keeps the original shape,and the end products preserves the sweetness and flavor of the grain.
