초저온 생산시스템으로 가동시(입도120MESH/d90) 시간당 100㎏,200㎏,500㎏ 등의 대량생산이 이루어지며 초미분 저온 생산시스템으로 가동시 분쇄입도 3000MESH/d90까지 손쉽게 초미분을 얻을 수 있습니다.

성능제품에 적용된 초정밀 베어링,무진동 동력 전달 시스템,순차 기동형 집진시스템,베어링 적정온도 유지 시스템,저온 운전시스템(-20℃)에 의하여 연속가동시 항상 일정한 조건을 충족하여 상업운전 성능이 극히 우수합니다.
다양한 분쇄입도 조절기능
MMI시스템에 의한 데이터의 변경만으로 Ultra Fine Pulverizer는 다양한 입도의 분쇄를 행하여 사용자의 의도를 충족시킵니다.
예) 소금을 1000메쉬로 분쇄하고자 하는 경우 MMI시스템의 품목을 ˝기억된 소금 1000메쉬˝로 선택하면 Ultra Fine Pulverizer는 입도 1000메쉬의 제품을 생산합니다.
Productivity as product for industry
Mass production of 100,200 and 500kg per hour is possible (particle size :120 mesh/d90) when operating with ultra low-heat production system;ultra-fine powders can be easily produced up to 3000 mesh/d90 with low-heat ultra-fine production system.
Continuous Operating Capability as Industrial Equipment
Equipped with ultra precision bearing,non-vibrating power transmission system,Sequential dust collecting system,bearing temperature control system and low temperature operating system(-20℃),the pulverizer can be operated continually under constant condition and with very superior commercial operation performance.
Various particle size adjustment features
The ultra fine pulverizer can pulverize material into various particle sizes only by changing data with MMI system,meeting the user’s need. Ex) If memorized 1000 mesh of salt in the list of MMI system is selected,the ultra fine pulverizer produces salt product with particle size of 1000 mesh.
